The 390 Bay St. Building is a wheelchair accessible building including main entrance — main public entrance is located at 390 Bay St. (Corner of Bay St. and Richmond St.).

Elevator access is available in the building going down the concourse level.

Wheelchair access:

• Monday to Friday: Please proceed to the main entrance at 390 Bay St., and take the escalator going down to B1 level (Concourse).
• Saturday: Patients who require wheelchair access during Saturday appointments need to buzz in at 390 Bay St. If there is no response, call us at (416-595-5490).

Wheelchair accessible washrooms:  Available on the Concourse Level of 390 Bay St. Building.

Parking:

• Local Downtown Toronto Pay Parking Lots
• Within close proximity of 390 Bay St., there are several pay-lots that offer parking options from the half hour – overnight.
