Our hours are Monday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Tuesday 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Wednesday 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Thursday 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, and we are closed on Sunday.
Yes. The 390 Bay Street building is fully wheelchair accessible, with the main public entrance located at the corner of Bay Street and Richmond Street. Elevator access is available to the concourse level. On Saturdays, patients who require wheelchair access need to buzz in at 390 Bay St.; if there is no response, call us at 416-595-5490. Wheelchair-accessible washrooms are available on the Concourse Level.
Within close proximity of 390 Bay St., several pay-lots offer parking from the half hour to overnight. Green P Parking located at 110 Queen Street West (Nathan Phillips Square Garage) is directly connected to the building through The PATH.
Yes, we proudly accept CDCP patients and provide quality care. The CDCP is a government-funded program designed to make dental care more accessible and affordable for eligible Canadians. We follow the Ontario Dental Association (ODA) fee guide; any costs beyond what is covered by the CDCP may result in out-of-pocket expenses.
For your convenience, we offer electronic claim submission to insurance companies. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit, and cash. We also offer third-party financing through LendCare. Please contact us for more details.
Your initial visit will be scheduled for 1 hour and 30 minutes. It will consist of the completion of a medical/dental history questionnaire, any required x-rays, and a thorough oral examination done by our dentist or dental hygiene department.
Our team includes Dr. Yolanda Cruz, DDS (general dentistry since 1990, with interests in TMD, sleep apnea, cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, veneers, Pinhole Technique periodontal treatment, implant surgery, traditional braces, and laser dentistry); Dr. Youssef Azer, DDS (University of Toronto, practising since 2017); and Dr. Maziar Shahzad Dowlatshahi, DDS (Periodontics and Implant Dentistry, practising since 2000).
